We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ATS Systems Administrator/Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team in Oregon City, Oregon. This position supports remote work and offers a great opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our growing organization.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process, improve talent acquisition operations, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the system, customize workflows, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR technology, or a similar role
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
