• Write and structure website and product content aligned to user flows and user intent • Create clear, effective onboarding content, including walkthroughs, tooltips, and guidance • Craft high-impact CTAs, microcopy, and UI text that drive understanding and conversion • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers using Figma, wireframes, and user flows • Review and refine content directly within designs, not just in docs • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across the product experience • Use user behavior, feedback, and data to continuously improve content effectiveness
