Role Description
This role involves working directly with credit union members to provide guidance on coverage options and support enrollment and ongoing service—all within a fully remote, structured environment.
- Guide new credit union members through the enrollment process with professionalism
- Develop tailored coverage solutions based on individual needs and goals
- Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing policy support
- Manage appointments and workflows efficiently to meet performance expectations
- Support business growth through relationship-building and referrals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and managing virtual workflows
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (training provided)
