Role Description

This role involves overseeing various accounting functions including general ledger management, financial reporting, and the implementation of internal controls. Your leadership will guide a team in delivering accurate financial analyses that drive strategic decisions.

• Manage all technical and accounting policy needs of the organization.
• Oversee the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions.
• Implement and maintain a system of internal controls and compliance.
• Ensure risk is balanced with business objectives.
• Lead the completion of internal and external audits.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to management.
• Manage and develop team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
