- Manage all technical and accounting policy needs of the organization.
- Oversee the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions.
- Implement and maintain a system of internal controls and compliance.
- Ensure risk is balanced with business objectives.
- Lead the completion of internal and external audits.
- Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to management.
- Manage and develop team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
