Role Description
The Provider Network Recruiting Specialist is responsible for recruiting new providers to our provider network(s). In this role you will demonstrate and document the value of the program to facilitate network growth and retention of providers, continually identify new providers and network growth opportunities, research recruiting effectiveness and implement improvements in provider recruitment best-practices to ensure network growth success.
- Contact prospective fitness provider partners, determine suitability, and clearly present/demonstrate the benefits of joining our network.
- Follow up with contact at provider location, negotiate contract terms (if necessary) and obtain a signed agreement.
- Prepare and mail presentation materials and contracts to prospective providers.
- Once signed contract is received from the provider, walk the provider through the onboarding process (completing the reporting set-up, ensure training is completed, document other provider amenities, etc.).
- Continually research effectiveness and implement improvements in provider recruitment best-practices.
- Refine and maintain a supply of provider network presentation and training materials.
- Meet required quota and timelines for network development recruitment efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (or higher) preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- At least two plus years’ experience in a customer service role preferred, with at least one year experience in sales, telesales or telephonic recruiting is preferred.
- Prior experience working in healthcare or fitness industry a plus.
- Proficiency in inside sales and telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Excellent listening and "closing" skills.
- Must have an out-going assertive personality.
Requirements
- The salary range for this opportunity is $52,600 to $70,000. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
