Role Description

havenX specializes in digital investigations, reputation management, and executive risk monitoring. We operate at the intersection of data intelligence and narrative strategy, helping organizations and individuals identify emerging risks. We are expanding our monitoring team and seeking detail-oriented individuals to support our ongoing digital intelligence operations.

This is a remote, 1099 contract position focused on monitoring online discourse, identifying emerging narratives, and flagging potential reputational or security risks. We are flexible regarding availability and structure. However, some weekend coverage will be required as part of the monitoring rotation.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thinks analytically and recognizes patterns
• Understands how narratives evolve online
• Can differentiate general criticism from legitimate threat indicators
• Works independently and meets structured reporting deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience in OSINT, social listening, or digital investigations
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition
• Strong data analysis skills
• Comfort working with large datasets and structured reports
• Written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet structured deadlines

Requirements

• Experience using monitoring tools (Zignal, Meltwater, Brandwatch, etc.)
• Background in intelligence, journalism, cybersecurity, or risk analysis
• Experience identifying bot networks or coordinated campaigns
• Understanding of executive protection risk indicators
