Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Analyst to support and enhance enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. This role is primarily hands-on (approximately 85%), with light people leadership responsibilities (approximately 15%), overseeing a team of ServiceNow professionals.
- Analyze, design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise workflows and business processes
- Maintain advanced working knowledge of assigned ServiceNow modules, integrations, and related development tools
- Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, and detailed design sessions aligned with business needs
- Independently manage and lead large ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to supporting analysts and technical staff
- Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, including participation in on-call rotations
- Track incidents, problems, and enhancement requests; communicate status and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate processes, and maximize platform value
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and status reporting
- Serve as a technical mentor to other ServiceNow analysts and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Adhere to established change management and governance processes
- Assist with implementation of new ServiceNow modules, features, and integrations
- Exercise independent judgment when working with sensitive or confidential information
- Work effectively in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Analyst or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow analysis, design, configuration, and implementation
- Prior experience serving as a team lead or supervisor, including people management responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
