Job Description

• Leads the alignment, standardization and ongoing improvement of divisional length of stay for designated patient populations • Serves as designated divisional liaison with providers and ministry Care Coordination teams • Moves patients towards safe and effective discharge plans or transitions to the most appropriate next level of care

Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Nursing
  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years of experience in Utilization Management
  • Experience working with InterQual and MCG guidelines
  • Master's Degree - Nursing (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience as a utilization/case manager in an acute care setting (preferred)
  • Experience in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system (preferred)
