The Director of Marketing Capabilities will be responsible for building scalable systems and processes across marketing technology, data strategy, and content operations to enable personalized, high-impact member experiences. This role involves overseeing core marketing platforms, driving innovation, optimizing content production, and implementing analytics to measure performance.

The specialist will provide technical, clinical, and educational support for Aortic implanting centers, focusing on case planning, technical guidance during procedures, and ensuring procedural consistency for best clinical outcomes. They will also assist in education and training activities for medical personnel and collaborate with sales teams to achieve business targets.

The role involves providing technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to help the Region achieve its Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives. This individual contributor position requires overseeing projects from design to implementation using specialized knowledge and skills.

This position is primarily responsible for providing technical support during the implant of the remedē System and offering technical support and training to hospital staff to enhance patient outcomes. Essential functions include supporting therapy activation, titration, and training new customers on the system programmer and device programming.
