We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to step into the role of Luxury Travel Experience Designer. In this position, you will craft elevated, personalized travel experiences including luxury cruises, curated European journeys, and high-end all-inclusive resort stays.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing fine details, and transforming travel visions into seamless, unforgettable experiences.

What Youll Do:

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and investment range
  • Research premium cruise lines, upscale resorts, boutique hotels, and trusted global partners
  • Design and present thoughtfully curated itineraries tailored to each client
  • Coordinate bookings, confirmations, upgrades, and required documentation
  • Provide attentive, concierge-level support before, during, and after travel
  • Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration to stay current on industry trends and supplier offerings
