Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, or GTM learning roles in technology or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience building scalable onboarding programs from the ground up, not just supporting or maintaining them.
- Demonstrated ability to improve ramp metrics and drive measurable performance outcomes.
- Experience designing blended learning and eLearning programs (Articulate, Rise, Lessonly, Captivate, or similar tools).
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and CRM/sales engagement platforms.
- Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, etc.) is a plus.
