Position Overview
Quartermaster seeks a seasoned executive leader with deep technical program management experience to drive mission success across our customer deployments. As the Head of Mission Success, you will coordinate complex technical programs, ensure engineering compliance, shape the product roadmap, and serve as a technical SME in both internal and customer-facing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Program Leadership:
Direct customer-facing technical programs, managing the post-sales journey and driving operational excellence for all accounts.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with global supply chain and engineering teams to plan and execute compliance activities across deployments.
Collaborate with Field Operations for technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring technical readiness and operational resilience.
Liaise with Mission Success Program Managers to lead and document technical discussions, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with customer needs.
Work with Product and Engineering teammates on roadmap development and customer-driven requirements, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
Technical Program Management
Own end-to-end planning and execution of major product development programs, from concept through production and deployment
Define program schedules, milestones, and critical paths across hardware, software, and manufacturing tracks
Support new product introduction (NPI) and field rollout planning, ensuring readiness across supply chain, QA, and logistics
Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on program status, scope, and decision timelines
Help ensure programs align with company OKRs and strategic priorities
Customer Engagement & Technical SME:
Support sales calls as the technical subject matter expert, articulating product capabilities and integration requirements to prospective clients.
Build and sustain executive relationships with strategic accounts, delivering impactful technical briefings, reviews, and growth planning sessions.
Team Leadership & Account Growth:
Recruit, develop, lead, and scale high-performing multidisciplinary teams (analytics, field ops, supply chain, engineering, global support) to achieve mission success for every customer.
Design account-level strategies that maximize client retention, product adoption, and expansion opportunities.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
Institute best-in-class technical processes for deployment, engineering compliance, and customer feedback to drive perpetual operational and product improvement.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership in technical, operational, or program management roles—preferably in technology, robotics, or mission-critical service environments.
Proven success rolling out and managing complex technical programs across global supply chains and engineering functions.
Demonstrated track record building, leading, and mentoring cross-disciplinary teams to support mission objectives.
Strong executive presence, relationship management, and communication skills, engaging with stakeholders at all management levels.
