- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field — Required
- Master’s Degree (MBA, Engineering, Information Systems) — Preferred
- 7–9 years of product management experience in the U.S. cybersecurity or security technology market — Required
- 7–9 years of experience developing technology products/solutions for mid‑market and enterprise customers — Required
- 7–9 years of experience defining product strategy and roadmaps — Required
- 7–9 years of knowledge in Product Marketing practices and frameworks — Required
- 4–6 years of experience with cybersecurity processes, frameworks, and regulations (FDA/MDR/HIPAA/PCI, etc.) — Required
- 7–9 years of collaboration within cross‑functional, matrixed teams — Required
- 4–6 years of experience with cybersecurity standards (NIST, CSA, ISO 27001) and related certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISA preferred) — Required
- 4–6 years of knowledge of security protocols (IPSEC, TLS, DTLS, key exchange, cipher mechanisms) — Required
- 7–9 years executing product security processes, standards, best practices, and tools — Required
- 4–6 years of demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning in cybersecurity — Required
- 7–9 years of experience defining and measuring outcome‑based product KPIs — Required
- 7–9 years of exceptional presentation and communication skills — Required
- 7–9 years assessing options (risk, performance, cost‑benefit) with strong visualization skills — Required
