Role Description
This role involves leading complex performance improvement engagements within the healthcare sector, creating high-performing environments, and ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Manage engagement-wide economics and apply critical thinking to quantify benefits.
- Develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment, empowering team members.
- Build strong executive-level relationships and lead change processes.
- Identify new business opportunities leveraging Huron's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to assess, redesign, and implement end-to-end HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, total rewards).
- Strong command of organizational design principles, workforce optimization strategies, and change enablement methodologies.
- Experience leading process improvement efforts, preferably using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Deep understanding of HR trends, technology innovation, and workforce transformation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of human resource consulting or human resources operations experience in one or more Total Rewards programs and industry practice, including compensation, absence management, benefits, and/or other areas of core human resources expertise.
- Business development experience in using networks and existing relationships to identify new/expanded sales opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role.
