Role Description

This role involves joining a fast-moving engineering team building AI-powered applications.

• Design and build scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Python
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend systems
• Rapidly prototype new product ideas and features
• Integrate internal and external services into production systems
• Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Plotly, D3, or Streamlit
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude to accelerate development
• Contribute to building AI-native applications and LLM-based workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience designing APIs and integrating distributed systems
• Experience building data visualizations and dashboards
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and ship products

Requirements

• Experience building LLM-powered applications
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM APIs
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or MCP
• Experience building operations or workforce management platforms

Contract Details

• Full-time structured engineering role
• Compensation: $80–$110 per hour
• Remote work available (Menlo Park onsite optional)
• Employment administered through Cincinnatus (Employer of Record)
• Payroll, benefits, and compliance handled by Cincinnatus
