Role Description

This role supports high-impact AI research collaborations by contributing engineering expertise to projects focused on improving advanced large language models.

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code
• Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality, correctness, and clarity
• Tag and organize technical content by topic, difficulty level, or programming language
• Support benchmarking initiatives used to evaluate AI model performance
• Contribute engineering insights that improve AI reasoning and code generation

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelors minimum; advanced degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or technical content development
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or other widely used programming languages
• Experience debugging, testing, and validating code
• Ability to evaluate algorithmic logic and technical accuracy
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail

Requirements

• Independent contractor role
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Project duration typically 1–2 months, with possible extensions
• Typical workload 15–25 hours per week (flexible up to 40 hours)
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Projects may expand or rotate depending on performance and project needs
