This role involves supporting a leading AI lab in improving how advanced AI systems understand real-world sales management and non-retail sales operations.
- Create domain-specific tasks and deliverables based on real-world non-retail sales management scenarios
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to sales leadership workflows
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve quality and consistency
- Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI reasoning related to sales management practices
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of non-retail sales processes
- Apply consistent evaluation frameworks to produce high-quality review outputs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience supervising non-retail sales teams
- Experience managing B2B sales teams, account managers, or field sales representatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to translate real-world sales leadership scenarios into structured evaluation tasks
Requirements
- Experience managing sales pipelines, performance metrics, or enterprise sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales management tools
- Experience reviewing sales strategies, documentation, or operational procedures
