• Advance grant solicitations by drafting proposals, concept papers, LOIs, etc. in collaboration with other Institutional Giving staff • Create materials, such as slide decks, for funder meetings and communications • Review RFPs and conduct research to help identify prospective funders and prioritize realistic and high-value funding opportunities • Maintain accurate records of funding partner contacts, grant deadlines, funder communications, etc. within Salesforce CRM database • Maintain organized grant files, including proposals, reports, and award letters, in Development team SharePoint • Support meeting scheduling and follow-up with funders and partners, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Institutional Giving • Coordinate grant award acknowledgements, grant payment information requests, and execution of grant agreements • Prepare accurate, timely grant reports for public and private funders, with support from other members of the Development team
