Job Description
• Define and evolve business capabilities that align to enterprise strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business owners
• Lead deep discovery and analysis to clarify business problems
• Own the capability lifecycle end to end
• Partner closely with technology, architecture, and delivery teams
• Coordinate and influence diverse stakeholder groups
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Enable successful change by engaging operational readiness partners
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in capability management, product management, program delivery, or a related strategic role
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build consensus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, healthcare, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare, employer, or payer business environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
