• Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation strategy and administration for the organization. • Provide direct support to Lifepoint stakeholders. • Monitors external competitive compensation practices, trends and benchmarks through independent research and networking, and bringing forward appropriate recommendations and solutions to ensure competitiveness of overall compensation programs. • Leads and consults on large, complex special projects as required. • Conduct compensation analyses including market pricing, job leveling, gap analysis, financial estimates, incentive calculations, scorecards, and exception reporting. • Participate in the design and implementation of compensation structures, premium pay policies, and assessments. • Educate and partner with human resources colleagues (business partners, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, HRIS) on compensation programs. • Partners with leaders and HR Business Partners for job evaluation processes. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information. • Perform other duties as assigned.
