Job Description
We are seeking an organized and client-focused Remote Travel Agent to assist clients with planning, coordinating, and organizing travel experiences. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, researching destinations, and ensuring every detail of a trip is handled smoothly from start to finish.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, assist with researching destinations, and help coordinate reservations such as accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages. You will also review travel details for accuracy, provide updates throughout the planning process, and maintain organized records within internal systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently while delivering excellent client service. You should be able to manage multiple requests, stay organized, and communicate clearly to ensure each client receives a well-coordinated travel experience.
