Role Description

Join our dynamic Customer Support and Remote Consulting (CSRC) team as a Senior Remote Consultant! In this exciting role, you will be supporting our customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through their implementations and ensuring a seamless post-implementation experience. You'll play a crucial part in empowering OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement.

• Support and enhance the OneStream administrator post go-live
• Deliver custom solution-based support
• Offer expert consulting to both partners and internal teams
• Mentor new peers and lead projects
• Make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Degree in a field such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience (i.e. CPM, software implementations, development, financial/accounting systems)
• Minimum 24 months of OneStream Consulting experience
• Functional experience within Financial Close/Consolidation

Requirements

• Lead Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects
• Provide post project go live support and consulting
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and analyze consolidated data
• Build reports, security models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes
• Assist during customer transition
• Gather business requirements regarding application support requests
• Lead and empower application focused team members
• Review and approve Knowledge Base documentation
• Engage with customers and partners to drive application-focused success
• Submit reports of product issues on behalf of the customer and/or partner
• Support testing of software enhancements and new functionality
• Assist in User Application Testing (UAT) of future OneStream software releases
• Track tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed
• Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open case/issue
• Help build and test content for Trainings and events

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology
• A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA)
• Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic
• OneStream Certified Associate
• Experience with Corporate/Enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) software products

• High-level understanding of financial concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot without supervision
• Ability to manage project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time
• Outstanding MS Office skills, specifically with Excel
• Strong critical thinking and analytical background
• Organized with strong decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Ability to evaluate pros and cons and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of management
