This hybrid, non-managerial role involves approximately 50% direct patient enrollment activities, including making outbound calls to obtain consents, and 50% dedicated to training, coaching, and supporting the Enrollment team's readiness and performance.

This role serves as the primary support and relationship builder for prospective students, educating them on online degree programs, financing, and licensure while guiding them through the full enrollment lifecycle.
