Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field or relevant equivalent work experience needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in report development, with a focus on healthcare reporting in Epic EHR systems.
- Experience with Epic’s Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Slicer Dicer is preferred.
- Experience configuring reporting for multiple service areas within the Community Connect network is preferred.
- Experience in lieu of education is also considered.
- Experience with reporting tools, and knowledge of programming language.
- Familiarity with data structure concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
