• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing • Define and continuously improve the overall QA strategy, test standards, and best practices • Design, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional and technical requirements • Own and execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing for all releases • Build, maintain, and scale automated test suites for UI, API, and backend workflows • Plan and execute load, stress, and performance testing to validate system behavior under peak traffic • Ensure defects are logged with clear reproduction steps, impact analysis, and prioritization • Partner with developers to improve testability, automation coverage, and defect prevention • Provide quality sign-off and risk assessment for production releases • Establish QA metrics and reporting to track quality trends over time
