Position Overview

Lead Software Engineer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications end-to-end, while managing priorities and delivering projects on time. Collaborates closely with product and design, mentors engineers, and leverages modern cloud, AI, and JavaScript/TypeScript technologies to drive scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, improve, and maintain software.

• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Work with product managers and designers to implement functional requirements.

• Mentor and provide technical leadership to fellow engineers.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• 6+ years post-education work experience.

• Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive attitude, collaborative personality, and desire to learn.

• Experience developing web-based applications (front-end and back-end)

• Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows

Optional qualifications

• Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
