Department Overview

DRN, a Motorola Solutions company, equips LPR cameras to scan license plates every day, building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries.

DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily. This is a role that requires our Field Service Phone Technician to guide field techs, national installers and customers through installations and troubleshooting of DRN LPR systems


Job Description

NOTE: This a fully remote position and the candidate can reside anywhere in the United States

This is an entry level position. The Dispatch department reviews and confirms data prior to providing information to the end users.

We are actively seeking a professional individual to work directly for the Dispatch Manager. The department is operational 24/7 running three shifts a day.

This position is for the daytime shift and candidates MUST be available to work the following shift.

  • Wednesday - Saturday; off Thursdays and Fridays
  • 9:00am - 5:30 pm Central Standard

Other position requirments

  • Reliable Internet connection with a minimum 100mps
  • Workspace with very minimul distractions

Qualifications

  • Experience with Data entry
  • Telephone work and providing information in real time
  • Experience with working software and hardware systems. 
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Must be able to multitask and handle frequently changing priorities
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess a professional telephone and personal demeanor
  • Heavy use of Computer Keyboard and Mouse Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a Data Entry
  • 1+ year REMOTE office environment

Target Base Hourly Range: $16.00/Hour

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, mulitple monitors and phones
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
