Job Description

• Prepare and process fixed asset acquisitions, capitalizations, adjustments, disposals, and transfers. • Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and subledger validations. • Execute depreciation runs and review results for accuracy. • Monitor construction-in-progress (CIP), asset tagging, and capitalization readiness. • Work with business representatives on asset installation, retirement, and movement tracking. • Support system integration and automation projects involving NetSuite, Blackline, inventory system. • Prepare audit documentation for external and internal audits. • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements. • Provide guidance to other team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years experience in accounting, including 2-4 years substantial exposure to fixed assets.
Solid understanding of GAAP and fixed asset accounting.
ERP experience (NetSuite highly preferred).
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Fluent English.
Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
Exposure to US GAAP, SOX controls.
Experience with process automation.
