Role Description

As a key player, you will empower organizations to thrive in their digital transformation journeys, optimizing business operations through innovative technology integrations.

  • Design cutting-edge operating models that harmonize business and technology strategies
  • Ensure implementation of solutions is aligned with best practices and unique client needs
  • Guide businesses in leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Accountabilities

  • Lead complex and multiple engagements as Project Owner, interfacing with client leadership
  • Own responsibility for end-to-end delivery and client satisfaction from strategy to implementation
  • Collaborate effectively within a large, complex delivery team, taking direction and providing support
  • Guide clients in integrating AI into their operating model design, addressing governance and workforce evolution
  • Apply advanced analytics tools to enhance client decision-making and transformation execution
  • Support business development efforts, contributing to proposals and executive presentations
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and industry expertise, enhancing the company's credibility
  • Mentor colleagues and support talent management through coaching
  • Develop and improve delivery methodologies and intellectual property

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of industry experience in sourcing, managed services, or management consulting
  • 8+ years in IT strategy and digital operating model development
  • Proven track record in leading small to medium size projects
  • 5+ years in IT or delivery leadership roles
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives to develop and realize transformational strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Product Management, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
  • Understanding of Technology and Business Operations services areas
  • Experience in organization design and cultural transformation
  • Demonstrated contribution to revenue growth in consulting environments
  • Expert understanding of AI implications for operating models and workforce design
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications and virtual collaboration tools
