Role Description
This role involves developing and activating practitioner referral networks in priority markets.
- Open new practitioner relationships
- Activate referral pathways
- Grow localized inspection volume
- Maintain and deepen high performing partnerships
- Work alongside founders initially, then take ownership
You will have SDR support for outreach and scheduling. You are responsible for relationship quality and revenue outcomes.
What You Will Drive

- Identify high value practitioners in target regions
- Secure meetings and conduct educational introductions
- Establish trust based referral relationships
- Position We Inspect as a trusted extension of clinical care

Qualified Referral Volume
- You will generate Qualified Local Opportunities, or QLOCs.

A QLOC is a practitioner referred patient who:
- Is located in an active or target market
- Is experiencing health concerns consistent with mold exposure
- Has decision making authority or access to the homeowner
- Has urgency and financial ability to move forward
- Your role is to increase the number of QLOCs per market and improve revenue per practitioner.

- Maintain consistent communication
- Reinforce trust and clarity
- Increase referral consistency
- Protect long term practitioner relationships
What Success Looks Like
- Practitioner referrals become a predictable revenue driver
- Local markets show sustained referral growth

Qualifications
- Experience as a pharmaceutical representative, medical device territory manager, healthcare business development leader, or practice development representative
- Understanding of how to navigate clinical environments
- Ability to build trust with physicians and clinic owners
- Strategic territory management skills
- Experience with functional medicine, integrative medicine, naturopathic care, Lyme focused practices, or pediatric specialty clinics is strongly preferred
