Job Description

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close, for Sage Intacct ERP solutions • Identify, target, and engage organizations across multiple industries—with a strong emphasis on Construction, Senior Living, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Nonprofit sectors • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, operational requirements, and financial objectives • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that highlight how Sage Intacct addresses specific business challenges • Develop compelling proposals, ROI analyses, and pricing strategies to support the customer decision process • Accurately manage and forecast pipeline opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance teams, and other key stakeholders • Partner with marketing and BDR teams to drive outbound campaigns and generate qualified pipelines • Stay current on Sage Intacct product updates, competitive offerings, and industry trends to position solutions effectively • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or financial applications
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals is highly preferred: Construction, Senior Living/Healthcare, Education, Nonprofit
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify pain points and align technology solutions to business needs
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Experience working with pre-sales engineers and implementation teams to shape solution strategies
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other mid-market ERP platforms is a plus
  • Ability to travel throughout North America as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree
