Role Description

As a HubSpot Platform Consultant, you'll:

  • Drive customization and automation: Configure HubSpot CRM, implement workflows, and refine automation to help clients streamline operations.
  • Map and improve processes: Collaborate with clients to understand, document, and enhance their business processes through CRM solutions.
  • Train and empower clients: Deliver interactive training sessions, ensuring clients can confidently manage their sales, marketing, and service operations.
  • Lead project execution: Manage client communications, document action items, and share progress reports to keep projects on track.
  • Innovate and collaborate: Share best practices with teammates, refine project tools, and stay ahead of trends through ongoing education and certifications.
  • Identify and solve challenges: Work with both clients and our team to proactively develop creative, scalable solutions to complex business needs.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of CRM or marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in revenue, marketing, sales, or service operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot's workflow platform
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with minimal supervision
  • Relationship-building skills and client communication experience
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and problem-solving

  • Round Two Interview: A 30-minute meeting with our Director of Client Services to dive deeper into your skills and expertise.
  • Sample Assignment: Demonstrate your approach to hypothetical client scenarios. We keep this assignment brief to respect your time.
  • Round Three Interview: Present your assignment to our CEO and Director of Client Services.
