Role Description
The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of email fundraising and engagement programs across a portfolio of Honey Fox clients. This role will assist with email production, WinRed page setup, list management, and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn digital fundraising, and comfortable working in a fast-paced political environment.
- Assist with the execution of client email fundraising and engagement programs.
- Build and schedule email campaigns within ESP platforms.
- Assist with building and updating WinRed pages and donation flows to support fundraising campaigns.
- Configure email templates, segments, and campaign settings within ESPs.
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, send times, and creative.
- Help maintain list hygiene and follow deliverability best practices.
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and data organization.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure campaigns are prepared and launched on schedule.
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, political campaigns, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in political fundraising, digital marketing, and conservative causes.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
