Role Description

This role involves being a crucial part of our Telehealth Clinic and Outpatient programs. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services, ensuring that appointments are scheduled seamlessly. Your organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth operational flow.

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for individuals, helping them schedule appointments and access telehealth services.
  • Explain telemedicine services to individuals served, referral partners, medical offices, schools, and community agencies.
  • Help individuals successfully connect to their telehealth appointments (tech support stars welcome!).
  • Process and manage referrals, schedules, eligibility, consents, and documentation in our electronic health record.
  • Coordinate care-related tasks such as lab requests, medical records, and required forms.
  • Ensure provider schedules are accurate, complete, and aligned with scheduling guidelines.
  • Support daily administrative workflows including faxes, emails, eligibility checks, and payment processing.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical, clinical, or fast-paced office setting.
  • A designated home workspace with reliable internet.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using technology, portals, scheduling systems, and EHRs.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
