Role Description

Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, seeks an Employment and Labor Partner with a portable book of business to join our expanding Florida offices. This position is also open to partner candidates that will work remote but are based in Florida.

• Represent employers in a full range of labor and employment matters
• View representation as a strategic partnership focused on risk management, compliance counseling, and effective dispute resolution
• Support clients with day-to-day guidance, employment counseling, traditional labor relations, and defense of claims involving discrimination, wage and hour matters, wrongful termination, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience representing employers in employment and labor matters
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently
• Portable book of business required
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Admission to the Florida bar
