Role Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Affiliate Community Manager (TikTok) to build and nurture relationships with our affiliate creators. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the creator community driving excitement, sharing updates, and ensuring affiliates feel supported and engaged. This role combines community management, creator outreach, and operational execution to strengthen our TikTok affiliate program.

  • Community Engagement
    • Manage and grow affiliate chat groups on Discord and Lark.
    • Build strong relationships with creators by fostering collaboration and excitement around brand campaigns.
    • Share brand updates, briefs, product launches, and campaign news to keep affiliates informed.
    • Answer questions promptly to drive engagement and maintain trust.
  • Creator Onboarding
    • Support new affiliates through onboarding, ensuring they understand program guidelines and opportunities.
    • Provide clear communication and resources to help creators succeed.
  • Midtier Creator Outreach
    • Use Kalodata to identify midtier TikTok creators that meet program criteria.
    • Send batch outreach messages to invite creators into the affiliate program.
    • Monitor and respond to inquiries via the TikTok affiliate email inbox.
  • Operational Support
    • Coordinate product shipments to creators using Shopify.
    • Track outreach, engagement, and shipping activities to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Affiliate Community Manager, working directly with content creators to build and sustain engagement.
  • Experience managing online communities (Discord, Lark, or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for creators.
  • Knowledgeable with TikTok creator ecosystem and affiliate marketing.
  • Comfortable with outreach tools and data platforms (e.g., Kalodata).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience handling operational tasks like email monitoring and product fulfillment.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about building creator relationships.

Requirements

  • Creative Curiosity: An innate drive to bring both analytical rigor and creative exploration to every project.
  • Proactive Mindset: A personality that gets "restless" when campaigns are merely "running fine" and is always looking for the next test.
  • AI Fluency: While AI tool usage is expected, a high degree of comfort and fluency is considered a core part of the workflow.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to shape and grow a vibrant TikTok affiliate community.
  • Collaborative environment with room to innovate and experiment.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate operations, and brand-building strategies.
  • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Working conditions

  • Type: Full-Time.
  • Location: Fully Remote.
  • Structure: Individual contributor reporting directly to the TBD.
  • Collaboration: Close daily collaboration with the Ecommerce team, Social team, and TikTok Agency.
  • Tools: Gorgias, Teams, Discord, Lark, etc.
