• Build and ship customer-facing product features from concept to production. • Use Cursor or similar AI coding tools daily to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and iteration. • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and product features (including LLM integrations). • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to shape requirements and technical direction. • Own features and systems in production — including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. • Make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability. • Help define engineering best practices for an AI-first development culture. • Mentor teammates and raise the bar for product-focused engineering.
