Role Description

Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Contract Management Support Specialist to provide specialized administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers (COs) and other contract management personnel.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers and contract management personnel.
  • Prepare, route, and distribute contract-related correspondence.
  • Maintain contract modification records.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for managers and leadership.
  • Assist with annual financial assistance awards.
  • Provide support related to IDMS systems and processes.
  • Maintain organized contract documentation and records.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16).
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal acquisition systems (e.g., IDMS, STARS).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience.
  • Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience.
