- 12+ years of industry experience in sourcing, managed services, or management consulting
- 8+ years in IT strategy and digital operating model development
- Proven track record in leading small to medium size projects
- 5+ years in IT or delivery leadership roles
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives to develop and realize transformational strategies
- Strong knowledge of Product Management, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
- Understanding of Technology and Business Operations services areas
- Experience in organization design and cultural transformation
- Demonstrated contribution to revenue growth in consulting environments
- Expert understanding of AI implications for operating models and workforce design
- Proficient in MS-Office applications and virtual collaboration tools
