Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Federal and California payroll regulations.

  • Process and audit multi-client payrolls
  • Review time and attendance data and reconcile payroll reports
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Manage payroll data including tax withholdings, deductions, and garnishments
  • Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to identify discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll records and generate reports
  • Support HRIS updates, employee records, and benefits administration

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience (California payroll required)
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
