Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to support the planning, design, development, and implementation of business, financial, and operational systems that support core organizational functions and processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors regarding software functionality.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
- Support the full system development lifecycle, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and implemented.
- Identify, track, report, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate requirement changes and updates to development teams.
- Maintain a solid understanding of application development, database structures, and system design principles.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines, deadlines, and schedules.
- Ensure project standards and methodologies are consistently applied.
- Support resource coordination according to project plans.

Produce weekly status reports for project managers outlining:
- Progress against milestones
- Project status updates
- Resource needs
- Risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage change requests and ensure project plans are updated to meet agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
- Deliver well-structured presentations and documentation.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes.
- Create workflow diagrams, functional documentation, and requirement specifications.
- Obtain stakeholder review and formal sign-off on documented requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in:
- Computer Science
- Systems Engineering
- Applied Mathematics
- Business Administration
- Economics / Statistics
- Telecommunications / Data Communications
- Or a related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in:
- Business analysis
- Systems analysis
- Data processing or enterprise applications
