Role Description
SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Full time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri.
- This is a fully remote position.
- Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone.
- Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri.
- Seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women.

Qualifications
- Sound medical decision making abilities
- Current experience delivering Telehealth
- Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and quality patient relationship skills
- Active Missouri FNP or PA state license in good standing
- NPI number ** REQUIRED***
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Current DEA License in Missouri
- Availability of Monday - Friday 8-5pm central standard time
Requirements
- Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already in Missouri, we will not be able to consider your application.
