Role Description

This position is for a Senior Benefits Program Manager - REMOTE. In this key role, you will have a substantial impact on the management and improvement of Benefits programs, specifically in Leave of Absence (LOA) and disability management.

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class employee experience centered around well-being and compliance.
  • Empower employees across multiple locations and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

Accountabilities

  • Lead LOA vendor implementations and day-to-day vendor management.
  • Partner with Tech to configure and maintain HR information systems.
  • Develop and track key metrics related to leave incidence and trends.
  • Create and implement dashboards for self-service resources.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior leadership, identifying patterns.
  • Translate complex leave rules into system logic.
  • Manage compliance and policy governance for global LOA programs.
  • Educate stakeholders on program resources and responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively to develop scalable policy updates.
  • Lead change management initiatives for LOA programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation laws.
  • Experience with implementing LOA and disability vendors is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data tools.
  • Proficiency with leave-tracking HRIS systems like Workday preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes in dynamic environments.
  • Independent work at a senior level and influence without authority.
  • Exceptional judgement and discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Experience managing LOA with external third-party administrators.
