Role Description

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives that span campaigns, channels, partners, and go-to-market motions to drive measurable business impact.

  • Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, channels, partners, and industries.
  • Ensure marketing programs are aligned with go-to-market motions, sales plays, and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide messaging, tools, insights, and feedback loops for continuous optimization.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns aligned with partner priorities and MDF-supported initiatives.
  • Manage program calendars, budgets, and agency relationships, including scope, performance, ROI, and contract execution.
  • Establish repeatable marketing frameworks, playbooks, and operating models to scale initiatives.
  • Direct website strategy, content management, SEO optimization, A/B testing, and technical maintenance for high-performing digital experiences.
  • Measure and report campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with progressive responsibility in integrated marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, program calendars, MDF-funded initiatives, and agency partnerships.
  • Expertise in website strategy, SEO best practices, content lifecycle management, and digital experience optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, 6sense, Asana, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Cvent, or Highspot.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
