  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Understand client needs and provide guidance on available coverage options
  • Explain benefits clearly, answer questions, and assist with enrollment
  • Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
  • Participate in team calls, training sessions, and professional development meetings
  • Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and support team growth

Qualifications

  • Confident communicator comfortable speaking with clients virtually
  • Motivated by helping people and providing strong client service
  • Organized and self-motivated while working remotely
  • Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom and CRM systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
