- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Understand client needs and provide guidance on available coverage options
- Explain benefits clearly, answer questions, and assist with enrollment
- Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
- Participate in team calls, training sessions, and professional development meetings
- Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and support team growth
Qualifications
- Confident communicator comfortable speaking with clients virtually
- Motivated by helping people and providing strong client service
- Organized and self-motivated while working remotely
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom and CRM systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
