Role Description
This role involves supporting a leading AI research lab in evaluating agent-generated research reports related to sports analytics.
- Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity
- Assess insights derived from player statistics, team metrics, and game analytics
- Verify statistical tables, historical records, and league data using reputable public sources
- Identify inconsistencies in performance analysis, comparative metrics, and trend interpretations
- Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines
- Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in sports analytics, performance analysis, sports data research, or related roles
- Experience working with player statistics, advanced metrics, and performance indicators
- Familiarity with team performance data, win-loss trends, and efficiency metrics
- Experience analysing league standings, rankings, and seasonal comparisons
- Hands-on exposure to historical sports records and longitudinal performance data
- Experience interpreting game analytics such as play-by-play data, predictive models, or advanced statistical metrics
- Experience sourcing and validating sports datasets, statistical tables, and historical records from credible public sources
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in asynchronous environments

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Sports Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Sports Management, Economics, or a related field
