We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Planning Coordination Associate to support clients in organizing and managing well-structured travel arrangements. This role focuses on communication, organization, and research to ensure each client receives accurate information and dependable support throughout the travel planning process. The position offers flexibility within a remote-friendly environment while maintaining clear processes and team collaboration.
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget details
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create organized travel plans
- Assist with itinerary preparation, coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, and maintaining organized documentation
- Assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, or documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary
This role is designed for individuals who enjoy structured workflows, helping others stay organized, and delivering consistent service without sales pressure.
