• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help build customized travel itineraries
• Coordinate reservations, confirm bookings, prepare documentation, and maintain organized records
• Assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and scheduling adjustments before, during, and after travel when necessary
