Role Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Trip Coordination Services Associate to assist clients with organizing and managing travel plans from the early planning stage through final confirmation. This role emphasizes research, organization, and communication to ensure each client receives clear information and dependable support throughout the planning process. The position operates within a remote-friendly environment and offers flexibility while maintaining structured workflows.

  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
  • Assist with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, and confirming booking details
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide updates and assistance when itinerary changes, documentation needs, or schedule adjustments arise
