Job Description

• Develop and execute an inbound marketing strategy focused on qualified lead growth • Manage and expand SEO efforts for the Results Repeat website • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to achieve target CPL and pipeline goals • Build and improve landing pages and conversion paths • Identify opportunities to increase website conversion rates • Write blogs, case studies, service pages, and marketing materials • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across channels • Develop and manage a social media content strategy, calendar, create and schedule posts • Support thought leadership via social media, email, and blogging • Create branded marketing materials as needed, with support from our internal team • Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences • Segment and track prospects, and conduct outreach using lead generation software • Optimize email performance and engagement metrics • Set up automations to make our work more efficient, as needed • Manage updates and content in WordPress • Support and oversee a website refresh initiative • Execute on-page and technical SEO, with support from our internal team • Track and report on KPIs including traffic, conversions, cost per lead, and lead quality • Deliver clear monthly reporting and performance insights • Test and optimize campaigns based on data

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Experience leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve marketing efficiency and output quality
  • Experience crafting a full marketing plan and executing on that plan
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy and implementation
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
  • Email marketing and marketing automation experience
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Strong writing skills across blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Basic design skills, using Canva, Adobe, or similar
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools
  • Experience with CRM or lead management software
  • Ability to independently manage projects and prioritize effectively
