Overview:

The ERP (Workday) Director, People Systems & Technology is responsible for executing the organization’s HR Technology strategy by leading the delivery, optimization, and governance of Workday and related HCM systems. While contributing to the development of long-term HR technology vision and priorities, the Director’s primary focus is on translating that strategy into scalable, intuitive solutions that enhance workforce experiences, strengthen data integrity, and support effective decision-making across HR and enterprise partners.
Education:
  • Bachelor Level Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business or related field.
Experience:
  • 3+ years in a leadership role leading a team of Workday configuration and business analyst professionals
  • 4+ years Workday experience required
  • Healthcare experience working for a large integrated delivery network preferred
